The original property, just outside of the San Juan village and on the way to Portinatx - was quite advanced structurally when this project was taken on in 2006, however the detailing in the finishing touches is what makes the renovations so special.

New tiled floors, spa-style bathrooms, stylish, spacious kitchen, amazing wooden beam ceilings and stone wall finished were added inside and out, while a new garden, with ancient trees sitting in harmony with tropically cultivated palms, multiple shaded porch areas, striking angular pool and fountain completed the rustic-meets modern project.
